Instructor Coaching Program

Our Instructor Coaching Program is designed to empower both aspiring and experienced dance and fitness instructors with the tools they need to teach confidently, grow professionally, and succeed independently. This comprehensive program includes foundational learning materials covering the basics of teaching a dance or fitness class, perfect for new instructors just starting their journey. For seasoned professionals, we offer advanced training modules aimed at refining teaching techniques, enhancing class engagement, and expanding instructional versatility.

A key highlight of the program is the opportunity to earn while you learn: all participants who complete the course—averaging 40 hours or approximately one week—receive three paid teaching opportunities upon graduation, giving them real-world experience and a chance to build their professional portfolio.

In addition to instructional development, the program also covers marketing strategies, helping instructors build their own client base and establish a sustainable book of business.
